Return Request

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area also have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To request a return, complete the online form below. You may also notify us by email at info@mykeepsake.store. Use of the form is not mandatory.

After receiving your request, we will send return instructions to the email address provided. Please do not send the goods before receiving these instructions.

How Does the Return Process Work?

1. Complete and submit the online form.
2. You will receive confirmation and return instructions by email.
3. Send the goods back within 14 days after submitting your return request.
4. We will process the refund in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal Policy.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, or we have agreed to cover the cost.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods should be:

• complete;
• undamaged;
• free from signs of excessive use; and
• returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

You may inspect and try on a product as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Personalised Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised products, such as items containing a personal name, photograph, custom text or individually requested design.

A product is not considered personalised merely because it is produced after ordering when you select from standard products and designs offered in our store.

This exception does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
