Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product.
If a package appears lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for secure receipt transfers to the recipient.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
