Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unused

unworn

undamaged

with original tags

in original packaging

accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns requested after 30 days may be declined.


Return Authorization

Before sending any return, customers must contact us at:

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to defect, damage, or incorrect item, we cover return shipping costs.

For other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping.


Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Refunds may be reduced or denied if items show signs of use or damage not caused by us.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will offer one of the following:

replacement

refund

store credit


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

personalized products

custom-made items

gift cards

clearance items

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days, subject to stock availability.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.


EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 dayswithout giving a reason.

Exception: custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty.


Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, except where prohibited by law.
